The ‘Launch Night In’ might just be worth spending at your local electronics retailer with retail boxes of both the upcoming Nest Smart Speaker and new Chromecast dongle sighted in the wild.
Posted to reddit by user u/jsterninja who posted a video of the packaging (Via Android Police) from all angles. The packaging also confirms the expected revamp of Android TV to Google TV.
Further the new ‘Nest Audio’ as it’s identified on the box has shown up on Twitter (via 9to5Google)
Roland Quandt of WinFuture.de has also shared a tweet linking to a Lowes product page which both confirms the ‘Nest Audio’ name as well as provides a complete product listing:

No word on which regions will get each device, but hopefully Google is expanding their horizons this time around.
